Hi there,I'm a dutchman living in Poland for 15 years now.
Before I was driving Volvo 965 bought in 2004 from 1995 sold this year at 525.000 km. and a Saab 9000 bought in 2009 from 1995, now selling at 565.000 km.

Now I'm driving an Audi A8 D3 4.2 from 2003 with 285.000 km. Love this car but it needs a lot of TLC.

Already done al lot:

oil, distribution belt and all needed, filters, fuids, etc.
repairing alternator

repairing oil filter housing
repairing automatic trunk opener sanding and polishing head- and backlights
BT for telephone retrofit (lot's of difficulty recoding), still no internet when connected
MMI upgrade
piano black interior (took me 3 weeks)
front light high pressure sprayers
etc. etc.

Still the ACC is not working.When activating, a blink on the screen says it's on, 3 seconds later the screen at the steering wheel goes blank and it's not working.After disconnect the battery for a while, the screen comes back on.
I found out that there is a fault in the speedometer, also component protection, strange.
Well, and of course some other little problems.
