I just stop by to say hello and let everyone here at this forum know that I am not a mechanic! However, I do work for a private company that has a small fleet of 16 Older models of Internationals (24' Box Trucks), 5 Ford E350 (16' Box Trucks) and about 5 Tractors (2 Macks and 2 Internationals). I have been with them for the past 14 yrs and I am very close to the family. Anyway, I try to help them in any way I can. We just had our laptop (toughbook) go down and the guy they bought it from wants an additional $2500, anyway, I asked them whats the most important software they use and I was told it was ServiceMaxx. So I have decided to join your forum and see what I can learn and how I can help them. By the way we are located in Mount Vernon, NY 1 block from The Bronx. Any words of advice I would appreciate it.. thanks
