c15 engine rpm vibrant black coolant and smell diesel

c15 engine rpm vibrant black coolant and smell diesel
I have 2 c15 with the same problem: the coolant turns black and smells diesel, but there are not mixed, just the smell, the rpms makes vibration and i have a headache.... Fail Do somebody has an idea what is my problem?

Remove the injectors, pressure test coolanting system. You will see coolant leaking from one or more of the cups. I worked for cat for 14 years. I had the tools and after, I made them. I think it was 1 1/4 bolt, cut about a inch of the bolt off. Welded threaded rod to that. Thread the 1 1/4 side into the cup. Use a socket and washer. remove cup with nut on threaded rod. 3 orings on the cups, two the same size on top, might be the same orings or one green and one dark blueish. Green coolant size. Make sure they fit, cup was updated and orings on the top where different sizes. Lub. Orings with oil and put locktight on the bottom of cup just on the other side of the small ring. Drive the cup in. Use removal tool and use a socket and hammer to drive cup into head.
