Subaru Subar SSM 4: Driver issues?
Hello,

I installed Subaru SSM 4 on a laptop with Windows 7 x64 recently. Thanks to Jinoweb, I was able to activate it.

However, I'm not able to connect. This is a quick summary:
1) Laptop runs Win7 x64.
2) I'm using a KKL 409.1 (USB) cable to connect to the OBD2 connector on a Subaru Outback 2015.
3) SSM4 shows an error #38-501-00264, which appears to be a connectivity issue.
4) Checking the Device Manager on Windows, I've located some "Other Devices": 2 are Base System Device(s) and 1 Unknown Device.
5) I've attempted to manually update the drivers from ..."program file (x86)\Subaru\driver", "program file (x86)\Subaru\driver64", and "program file (x86)\dst-I\drivers"; I can't update them, however.

Did anybody have the same/similar issue? Could anybody give me some pointers on how to resolve this please? Any information is greatly appreciated.

Happy Holidays.
