Hilux 1KD-FTV EGR disable

Hello,
Just wondering if you can turn off the EGR function for good on these engines via software settings in the ECU.
I just has the EGR system, intake manifold and intake ports cleaned out and took 10 hours of work.
I don't want to do this again.
Does techstream have options to disable EGR?
