Diesel tiguan 2009 black smoke bogs down....
Hey guys i had a 2009 tiguan diesel towed to me with blocked DPF car wont run.Cleaded Dpf and car runs but bogs down when accelerating.Changed diaphram on variable control on turbo.Changed air flow meter and ecu.If i hold throttle about one third down it blows black smoke and engine rattles and boost gauge says 5 psi you can pump throttle and get through that area and boost goes to 14 psi smoke clears engine starts to rev ok but its undriveable ...Checked valve timimg its ok.....Is it possible the variable vanes can shut of and choke the engine ?Has anyone had this problem thanks Steve.......Throw some idea"s at me please? Also block off EGR for the minute and no difference.........Also have removed inlet manifold and all clean {120,000 km}....The dealer about 3 month ago replace the pressure sensor in the intercooler pipe there was a invoice in the glove box for that....Thanks .....
